This place is very unprofessional They down play your condition as if its not serious, continue to prescribe medication that gives you negative side effects even after you tell them that this place makes your mental health worse, I have been calling everyday ,they do not follow up with you ,and leave you stuck with not enough medication, and prescribe everything you don't need and makes it worse, I do not recommend at all dont waste your time ZERO STARS
Poor communication, zero followup, and quick to prescribe meds without any therapy. They wanted to completely cancel my talk therapy after my initial intake for med management. I was promised a call for a followup appointment and called several times to make that appointment. The receptionist constantly argues with customers on the phone and does not take needs into consideration. I hate this place. It's dangerous and doesn't make me feel safe.
