They haven’t sent my money to me for 3 weeks now after closing! Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are rude when you finally get them on the phone and that’s rare because they didn’t return my call for a week after leaving various messages. Then the do some kind of scam to the phone so that when you call in it rings once and goes silent for the next 15 minutes. If I call from a different number it goes right through. Not a very pleasant experience with this company. They never answer there phone and they sent me a check with the wrong business name and now it's just sitting there.
They never answer the phone. No voicemail.
Boston National could not have been more helpful during a fairly complex purchase transaction. The team was super nice and everyone communicated effectively while getting things handled efficiently. Thoroughly satisfied with the level of service provided by this title company. My client is happy, too, which is the most important thing. Thank you!!!
