I’ve been coming to Boston Nails for years, and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. Erica is my go-to nail tech, and she always does an amazing job. I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing her sister, who is just as talented and does beautiful work as well. I’ve had pedicures with several of the other staff members, and every experience has been positive. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. Best place in fall river to get your pedi and manicure done. Erica and her team don't only offer amazing services but they are also very friendly/professional.
Replying back to @Tynia Layne I got here shorty after u did and I don’t recall hearing you ask any questions nor did u speak up during the services when they were applied to u and your son .You chose to sit and wait when u could’ve spoken up u didn’t make no adjustments or ask for any other specific recommendations so there for how can u expect the wonderful working ladies to give u exactly the services u required when u weren’t giving proper communication
I have been visiting Boston nails for a few years since moving to the Fall River area. Usually my experience is 4-5 star worthy but today I was very very very disappointed. I walked in and asked for a pedicure for both myself and my son and my eye brows done.I felt my pedicure was very rushed even though there were no people waiting for a service.
