Not sure if it’s an IT issue, people issue or both but the sense of apathy from staff is disgraceful. Texts unanswered. Emails unanswered and multiple tries before anyone picks up the phone. No sense of customer service - the customer does all the work. The only bright spot was the very pleasant gentleman who gave me a ride to work. Overall can’t help but feel the entire dealership has taken a nose dive in recent years.

Had a fantastic experience with Christian. I ended up buying a 2026 Lotus Emira from him. He was very attentive, kind, courteous and a great sense of humor. Christian paid attention to detail throughout the whole process of purchasing the car and having it delivered. I highly recommend him.
