I was out of town and staying in Boston when I was injured a few months back. While at the center, I was kept waiting in a room for two hours with absolutely no information. I received my bill a few weeks later and paid it in full. Since then, I've received multiple statements saying that the bill was not paid and it's going to collections. I've now spoken to an AI robot who kept asking me my birthdate 500 times and then repeating it back to me until finally I hung up and tried a different number listed on the bill. Padmasini Kandadai, one of the doctors here, is incredibly unprofessional. She lied in my appointment notes, saying that I tolerated a procedure well when I was screaming in pain during it, and completely misreported what I said during the appointment. Horrible behavior.
