Terrible attitude from the employees. Cooks arguing with manager over corn not being ready. No chicken, stuffing or corn bread ready at 1130am. Bathrooms trashed. Place has tanked
RecommendedLeominster store...As of past year, horrible management... no chicken cooked on two separate occasions... said it be hour wait, no Turkey another time I stopped. Also wouldn’t take a coupon for kids meal unless kid was present which during covid is ridiculous in my opinion.... 2 of those times I was told they were under staffed by employees. Ordered online and food wasn’t ready on time, was made when I got there. Service was exceptional in past.... as of past year or so it has gone down hill.

We ordered our meals online and asked for delivery. The meals were paid for and were set to come by a certain time. The meals never arrived and when we tried contacting the store, we got a busy dial tone each time. We never have had a bad experience with you guys before until this moment and are extremely disappointed with the service.
RecommendedEaster Sunday I ordered for delivery, two individual Ham meals with 1 slice apple pie each. We did not get the apple pie. No dessert. They don’t answer their phone. Pretty disappointed! Usually a great experience. Great food. Just missing our two slices of PIE!
I ordered from here for our Easter meal due to not being able to leave the house from being sick. The food arrived over an hour later than it was supposed to. The order was missing items. The items we did receive weren’t made correctly. The food was cold, the drink was hot, and the restaurant just chose to swap things in our order without even asking us. I understand maybe you run out but you call the customer before making a change.... overall very unhappy with my first and only experience. Will not recommend to anyone.
