Every time I order from Boston market for delivery it is wrong no matter what I order they give me different sides
Please save your money. Don't eat here. This place used to be good. Not sure what happened. The restaurant seems run down. The food was terrible. The chicken was so dry it was inedible. I threw a whole chicken in the garbage. There is absolutely no way the chicken was made that day. The last time I had food from this place delivered it showed up in a stop and shop bag that wasn't sealed. The food was in generic containers and just covered with aluminum foil. I usually like Boston Market. This one was horrible. The store was rundown, which I gave a pass to as it looked like a car had hit the front and they were renovating. However, the food was atrocious. The mac and cheese was so salty, it was inedible, we received slices of Italian bread instead of cornbread, the chicken was so dry, the ribs tasted off and had cold spots throughout, most of the drinks were out, the red potatoes had no flavor, and the crispy chicken sandwich was on a piece of Italian bread that had been sliced i... read more
EVERYTHING had a chemical taste to it. I generally don't leave reviews, but this was beyond terrible. Chicken was dry and burnt. Idk if they stopped making their signature garlic mashed potatoes chain-wide, but these were instant potatoes. Absolutely awful. No cornbread, just old and stale ciabatta. I had this to go, and when I got home and sat down to eat it, it was completely inedible. EVERYTHING had a chemical taste to it. I only got a few bites in before I felt nauseous. Board of health needs to investigate
