I like boston market, because they have the best food you can eat and wish they would build 3 more boston markets one Nashville, TN and the second one in Clarksville, TN. and the last one in Oak grove, Ky. I wish they could do that and would thankfull if they did.
I'm waiting her for 20 minutes for chicken to be done I have 5 hungry kids this is horrible I'm mad and hungry I will not be coming back and they could of gave me something off but full price for a family meal after this long wait no happy
We ordered a huge buffet style dinner for Thanksgiving, and it was the best decision we've ever made. I will never cook again on Thanksgiving. They provided everything from food to plates to serving utensils! It was amazing, it stayed warm, and it was delicious. Thank you!
This has to be the best Boston Market in Connecticut, by far! The store is always sparkling clean, the food cooked to perfection and the staff as helpful as can be. The Staff treats you as if you are family whether it's your first or hundredth visit. Kudos to the people that make this a family friendly eatery.

I just recently did a order online for delivery for 10 people at my job it was so last minute, It took me less then 10 mins to do a order and they kept me up to date by email! The day came and the delivery driver called me a hour a head of time just to make sure he had the right address ! Which I thought was smart. I scheduled it for 1045 and sure enough he showed at 1045am ! This location is the poorest I've ever seen.. They have incompetent drive through workers that respond as if retarted. The order is almost always in error and with lack of quality or old stale meat dishes.. Management is not educated on this business, thus poor service. Thumbs Down !
