If I could put no stars I would. I literally never make reviews but this place needs to close its doors for good. Boston Market was one of my favorite fast food restaurants my entire childhood and adult life. I ordered it from DoorDash a few months back and the food was completely inedible and thought it was a one off. Ordered it a few weeks later and same thing. Place looked great good customer service but the food does not taste like the original recipe .. Boston market needs to tighten up on the recipes and be more consistent thats why they are losing customers..
I have been a regular customer here during childhood starting in fall 2000 or spring 2001 because Boston Market was neighbors with JEI Learning Center, where I would go to after school for extra math and English lessons. It was not uncommon for other JEI students to go eat at this Boston Market with their parents before or after they go to JEI, and sometimes during longer summer JEI sessions it was not uncommon for older students to walk over to Boston Market for lunch break. Chicken usted to be so moist from here n delicious- now- dry n no taste, potatoes n creamed spinach a mush mess.
The steamed vegetables were mush. Tasted old. I've had better from a microwave bag
