I used to love this place but the quality is completely different. The Mac n cheese was terrible as it tasted like mush with its over cooked noodles and bland cheese. This used to be my favorite Mac, so disappointing. The gravy is different, worse and the mashed potatoes were bland. Will never be returning.
Boston Market in Hackensack holds a special place in my heart from high school days (early 2000's), when I ate here almost daily. Back then, the 1/4 dark chicken combo with two sides and cornbread was my go-to - affordable, nutritious compared to other fast food, and packed with flavor, especially with Tabasco on the chicken and mac.
