Despite the requirement to provide a minimum rating of one star to leave a review, I am compelled to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service at this establishment. While the staff exhibited a commendable level of politeness and kindness, the quality of the food was utterly deplorable. The food was severely overcooked and lacked any discernible flavor. Just had their rotisserie chicken, (apparently) fresh steamed vegetables, sweet potato mash and red bliss potatoes. Most horrid stuff I ever ate and everything was cold! Also, don’t let their pictures fool you because the pictures they take don’t like anything they actually serve. We thought we would give them a try and now I know why they no longer present all their side dishes up front. Because they look like crap! We placed a large order, 47 plates, for Thanksgiving about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. I told the gentleman that it had to be ready at 11am. They open at 11am. He assured me that they would have all of the plates ready no later than 11:15. At 11:47 we were still waiting to give them the name of the order of us to pick up. Not a good way to start off the practice Thanksgiving. We will not be using them for future office catering functions.
