Eat before you enter security into gates C40-42 or they'll let you carry food in but not drinks. There are a couple snack stands for drinks inside.
Terminal E only has 1 security checkpoint. Leave some extra time
Use the automatic bin returner in first security line. Gravity at its finest!

If you are flying to Canada through gate b1-b3 you do NOT need to be 90 minutes early for a 630 am flight. The gate doesn't open until 515 am. Get some extra sleep!
Gate 22 is a pissah.
