Great customer service and parts department, they know there stuff from blades for your mower to carbs for an old machine...won't go anywhere else
I could have bought the blower at homedepot or here. I chose this place so I could get service. Super happy I did. A quick warranty problem with my blower - I called them. They knew who I was, picked it up for free, fixed it and dropped it back off. Service department is great.
Excellent customer service! I just bought a new snowblower and couldn't get it started. They picked it up and checked it out for me and found no problem. I drove out there and they walked me through starting it, and even let me record it on my phone. They are going to return it tomorrow, and there is no charge! These guys are top quality in my book. :)
