Called Boston Lawn Mower in order to have my simple Snapper Push Mower annually serviced. Was told that their maintenance schedule was currently six weeks out. They bluntly told me that my business was not wanted. This is likely an establishment for contractors and not the average consumer.

Called up Saturday morning about getting our snowblower running, Had it in there about 12:00, got it back a little after 2:00. Quick service and very helpful advice about how to store snowblower and generator

This company sells some great equipment but the service is seriously lacking. Do not expect them to go out of their way for you. I think there are other places in the area that have better equipment, stand by their products and will take care of their customers much better then Boston Lawnmower.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I called last week to see if they could service my tractor which was still under warranty and they said bring it right in. I asked if they serviced tractors bought elsewhere and they did say that you just don't get the immediate attention like if you bought it there.I explained that I needed to get the use of a truck first. I called yesterday to confirm that I was bringing it in asked if they had a way to unload it and they said again it was no problem. ... read more
