Patient beware. The doctors, nurses, and techs are great. The financial side is not. Lorelei attempted to manipulate me into self pay for procedures that were covered by my insurance. She had never submitted a Prior Authorization to my insurance company. My insurance company actually had to advocate for me for weeks. The reason? Boston IVF can charge more for self pay than the insurance companies will allow.
