Virtual appointments 2 months in advance
I’ve had three appointments so far, and two out of three times they’ve been very late. It’s a huge waste of my time and seriously disrupts my workday. On top of that, I haven’t been able to reach the doctor by phone at all.
I am thoroughly disappointed with the service at Boston IVF. Reaching out to them is nearly impossible—there's no way to speak with someone live, and when you finally connect with a staff member, they are completely unhelpful. Having an actual question about your care plan seems to be an affront to them, as they belittle you for seeking clarity. They have consistently messed up critical elements of our care.
