They just tried to gain money from you and do not care about the patient. I had an initial virtual call with them and Dr. Sandy Li just ran over a presentation to me. Boston IVF then charged me for a whole package without any tests or procedures done. We are talking over $2000 and an out of pocket for over $500 for a simple presentation. She did not listen to any of our medical history but simply provided a badly made presentation. In comparison, CCRM did all the tests and have a financial team to discuss options with us.
I was in an out for my ultrasound and blood work, they were right on time. Made my flight no problem. The woman who did my ultra sound was great (and from Cali so we had something to chat about) and then Vanessa did my blood work and she really pumped me up for my day. 5/5 stars!
Patient beware. The doctors, nurses, and techs are great. The financial side is not. Lorelei attempted to manipulate me into self pay for procedures that were covered by my insurance. She had never submitted a Prior Authorization to my insurance company. My insurance company actually had to advocate for me for weeks. The reason? Boston IVF can charge more for self pay than the insurance companies will allow.
