After waiting 4+ weeks for an appointment, the appointment was canceled due to the office losing my referral. My doctor sent the referral to the fax number the staff had given me (New Patient number); this admin later told me that Boston IVF staff had given the wrong fax number to send it to, and since she personally didn't have the referral she cancelled the appointment. Due to their broken internal processes, this appointment was cancelled.

Unbelievable LOOONG wait. I arrived 5min before my appointment, checked in, then waited by the desk. Nurse came out and saw my check in a few times, but ignored me. Waiting more than 40 minutes for a 10 minute procedure is not even worth one star.
