Dr. Sandy Li didn’t show up for our appointment. Without any notice. When the front desk team reached out to the doctor, the doctor confirmed that they just forgot about the appointment. We’ve been waiting for this appointment for 3 months, and what an inappropriate attitude we got. Absolutely unprofessional. Interesting fact that their financial team is still contacting us regarding the insurance policy. Boston IVF clinic cares just about money, but not their patients who have such a sensitive topic to work on.
After waiting 4+ weeks for an appointment, the appointment was canceled due to the office losing my referral. My doctor sent the referral to the fax number the staff had given me (New Patient number); this admin later told me that Boston IVF staff had given the wrong fax number to send it to, and since she personally didn't have the referral she cancelled the appointment. Due to their broken internal processes, this appointment was cancelled.
