I swear this facility has the best phlebotomist in the world! Overall, the staff at the Bedford facility are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
The nurses at Boston IVF- Bedford are amazing Nicole and Mackenzie are super responsive and extremely kind! But I feel like I’ve drained so much of my money for nothing. Paying for storage fees and old bills is horrible talked to them just yesterday and now I have to call billing back because I was double charged twice this month and to know there were no end results! :(
To make an appointment I had to provide my partner’s and I insurance information and doctor’s information. After I made the appointment I was email forms that I had to fill out that asked all the same questions that was already asked of me. On the form it was asked if I had secondary insurance, I responded with no. I couldn’t submit the form because even though I relied no I still had to put a zero in the member number section.
