Since the first day I contacted them, everyone has been so helpful, polite, and patient. I’m know I’m going to be supported and enjoy my journey here. ☺️
I’m really disgusted with this place of business and prying on families that are already going through a challenging time. I spoke with my OB and she had recommended my husband and I to do a consultation. I set up the appointment and we were going to a zoom call for the initial consultation. The financial coordinator called me and said I have great insurances, no deductible - just my out of pocket max and it would be a $55 copay. RUN! We were with Boston IVF for just over a year. Appointment details were often overlooked, at times we were scheduled for the wrong procedures or had to postpone others due to lack of results from something not ordered. The process was difficult for my wife and I as we live 40 minutes away and had constant issues with care. My wife often had to remind staff of things in her chart to which they did not notice/reference/or realize (some combination of the above multiple times). I do not recommend Boston IVF. Their online portal was updated a few months ago and none of my lab results or procedure info is in there - I also have not heard a peep from anyone regarding my need to cancel my previous procedure...it's a mess and if you would like consistent care and easily accessible data for your appointments, don't use Boston IVF. It was a headache from day 1. It also took 6-8 months between appointments to schedule anything.
