Update: This place is trash. There’s so much I can say but to keep it short, go somewhere else. They are unable to communicate necessary information in a timely or appropriate manner. The stress that I’ve encountered was due to the staff’s inability to share accurate and timely information or reply to requests. Any woman in the Providence area should look elsewhere. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone . They send you right to voicemail and then you have to wait by your phone while you’re at work all day long. If you miss their call you get to call and leave a voicemail again. I’ve waited days to get called back. It’s the worst game of phone tag I’ve ever played. Had false tests from their lab that set me back a month and now I can’t even get a phone call back to discuss. I feel like it's a scam; they rush through the medical exams and everything, but there are no answers. My husband and I went there on the recommendation of my gynecologist. Honestly, there were so many tests. I arrived with test results from another clinic knowing I had a small 3.4 cm cyst. I had to repeat all the tests, but I can't talk to the doctor without an appointment or even ask about the cost.
