My experience with Boston IVF has been incredibly frustrating. My partner and I have been in the process for four months and still have not progressed beyond the initial testing stage. For a clinic that understands the urgency many patients face, the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. 3.5 stars. Ok, here is the thing- no one wants to be using a fertility clinic, ya know? Whether you are there due to infertility, or (like my wife and I) because sperm isn't part of the hand life dealt you, having to go through IVF isn't what I would wish on anyone. So the negatives- communication between departments is....rough. After speaking with many others going through IVF, it appears that this is unfortunately common with this process. Lacks communication
Poor quality service. Fails to provide adequate service. Fails to provide timely service. Constantly late for appointments that are time sensitive. Fails to provide explanation of costs and or disclosure of costs. Resulting in surprise billing. Paperwork is vague and response when you ask questions is I can't answer help or advise. Overall company comes across as preditory. You can check BBB complaints and see a pattern. Someone should start class action.
I googled the location of this office specifically to find information about how to send thank you gifts to the entire team after 2.5 years of fertility treatment, something I am compelled to do not just because I am finally in a good spot with fertility but because I believe I couldn’t have done it all without the precision, timeliness, friendliness, and support of the ENTIRE staff of this Providence branch.
