You can't beat the location, so close to Fenway and the subway. The room needs improvements, bed slept horrible and shower was very small. I expected more given the price.

Horrible service. Did not have a parking spot even after saying we were guaranteed a spot. Had to pay a meter every 2 hours. Rooms were old and dated. Furniture was all scuffed up. For the price it was a joke.

I called before booking and was told that I would be guaranteed a parking spot in the garage for $35. When I arrived they told me the garage was full but I can park on the street in metered parking and then would have to pay $40 to park in the garage the next day since it was a game day. It was just an unnecessary hassle after driving 13 hours. The room was small, which was fine, but it was also very outdated and dark. The bathroom lights flickered and it took 7 minutes for the hot water to reach the 4th floor for my shower.... read more

No coffee pot, no valet service and we had to cart luggage up 2 sets of stairs from the street! Parking is expensive. Room was nice although it lacked electrical outlets.
