Fantastic Home Inspectors, Rude Telephone Operator These guys are great inspectors but their phone operator is awful. We used Jim Franklin for an inspection and he was extremely thorough, very friendly and was able to explain everything in understandable language. He instructed us on how to use everything in our new home. He even arrived 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment to inspect the entire outside of the building and to be ready when we arrived.
