Tom was awesome! He was very professional, thorough, knowledgable, communicative and explained everything well. Furthermore, he provided a detailed report with explanations, arrows, and images for every suggestion. I could tell that Tom was taking the inspection seriously and wanted to provide us with a thorough report. I would highly recommend Tom for your future home inspection.

An extremely thorough and detailed inspection, answering all questions, showing me and sometimes repeating an explanation of an issue or non issue if I did not understand. I never felt that I was asking a simple question; whatever I asked about there was an answer, or sometimes multiple answers. It was all about the details, which is exactly what it should have been about. An excellent Inspection.
