Failed to disclose an accident and frame damage on a car I purchased from them, essentially committing fraud. BUYER BEWARE!
The worst service that I ever had on a dealership. They need to learn to never treat the person for the way it looks because you dont know who you are talking to. Just because of the way I look they didnt take a certificate check from my bank to purchase a vehicle even that I told them to deposit the check or confirm with the bank and when the check its clear and everything with the car is ready you can call me to pick it up. Very strange experience with them. I showed up for my appointment. Unfriendly environment. Went for a test drive and the person I was working with went with me and didn't speak one word. I even started a conversation. He didn't participate. He would only allow me to go around the local area which was about 25mph tops. Not a good test drive. They quickly jacked the price up on a 2019 Tesla Long Range they have for sale. It was originally posted on their website at $35,995. It’s still the same price on on their preferred financing site, as seen here. They called me after I made a appointment to see the vehicle to tell me they received 25+ inquiries since. Found the company online selling a *** that looked like a good car. The company seemed really well at first but the first few signs started before I bought the vehicle. After having the ******** for three days the check engine light came on and I took the vehicle the **** ******** in Norwood where I live.
