Recently bought a car from BFM and was very satisfied with their work. The sales consultant was really helpful throughout the process, always willing to help with any of my requests. The car was in excellent condition as promised and offered at a great price. After buying the car I had to wait to get a parking spot and couldn't pick it up until couple weeks later. I recently spent a lot of time looking for a pre owned vehicle to purchase. I decided that the Infiniti EX35 was the car I wanted. After doing research on Cars.com, and autotrader, I came across Boston Foreign Motor. I have purchased a few cars from Boston Foreign Motor over the years, and made my most recent purchase of a Mercedes ML350 just a couple of weeks ago. I have to say, they have always been a pleasure to work with. Never had any issues with professionalism at all. It is sad to see that the majority of the people which have had good experiences never review, but only the ones that have had an issue. I would and have recommended Boston Foreign Motor to many, and will continue to turn to them when its time for my next car!
I bought a car from Boston Foreign Motors, in June 2011. And I can honestly say this, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Along with the car, they insisted that we purchase the extended warranty through them. We trusted them and went as they recommended. This year (almost after a year) I called the warranty company because I had an issue with the car and came to find out that the warranty did not even exist. Scammers who take advantage of consumers and sell them cars that look good to the eye, but are really JUNK!!! They altered paperwork and forged my name so they could up my loan that was supposed to be $9,500 to $14,000!!!! The Attorney General's Office is taking the case.....there loan holders want nothing to do with what they did and came clean with us and said "we noticed there was "problems" with the loan paperwork" and they DO NOT want there name tied into crooked loans and such.
