I had a wood floor put in a few years ago. Terrible job—deep gaps between the floor and wall without caulking (no caulking or trim added anywhere), unfinished edges, and to top it all off, the cement mix they used to install the floor they poured down my shower drain and left streaks of gray dust and gravel behind that I didn’t even realize at first what it could be. Really something else.
From start to finish, my experience with Boston Floor Covering was top notch. George provided an overview the first time I went there. Being slow to decide, I returned to look around a couple more times and met with Peter. It was certainly helpful to have four samples at home for a few days. Decision made, product delivered in timely fashion and then installed by my terrific handyman. It's like having a new room! Boston Floor Covering provides patient, kind, efficient and personable service, and the price is fair, too.
