The credit union has shown it's non-transparent and doesn't feel it needs to communicate major changes to it's members, especially firefighters! -Soon to be ex-member

So surprised by this credit union. You think that they would be on our side as firefighters yet, I filled out a vehicle refinance because Ally financial has me at 11.5% for 84 months, and Boston fire credit union came back to me and said they can only do 60 months at 12.5%. Absolutely blows my mind that they are a whole percent more than a bank and won’t allow 84 month terms. I’m sticking with firefighters first credit union in California. This credit Union used to be the best around. Not sure what happened but they play around with your account to screw with you and leave type no access to your money. They took my Zelle away and they shut down my debit card leaving me no access to money. They are doing things that are not right. Save yourself the aggravation
