This has not been a good place to live, and I cannot recommend it. For years, the property was managed by someone who engaged in inappropriate practices. When management changes were announced, there was hope for improvement. Unfortunately, the new manager has proven otherwise. She shows favoritism—supportive if she likes you, but confrontational if she does not—often acting behind the owners’ backs. I have the best experience living in these apartments, much better now that they have new management.
The worst place to live, the manager is a r4c1.., she speaks rudely and derogatory telling you that you are no longer in your country and she is always trying to intimidate anybody with the eviction notice with the 30 days. When I moved there they never gave me a lease even when I asked for it, they never gave me any receipt of deposit which was a lot. I have live here for many years and it’s a very quiet place. The manager keeps herself. These apartments are affordable quiet and clean. People leaving negative reviews are most likely hating because they were evicted for not following the rules! Go pay higher rent somewhere else lol
I decided to get out of these apartments for several reasons. The manager is a very rude person and harasses the neighbors. On some occasions I saw how she yelled at them and threatened to evict them in an unpleasant way. Besides, I didn't like the way they charged me the first three months of rent and deposit because they asked me to make the payment in cash and when I asked for a receipt they denied it.
