I have the best experience living in these apartments, much better now that they have new management.
The worst place to live, the manager is a r4c1.., she speaks rudely and derogatory telling you that you are no longer in your country and she is always trying to intimidate anybody with the eviction notice with the 30 days. When I moved there they never gave me a lease even when I asked for it, they never gave me any receipt of deposit which was a lot. The apartments are in terrible conditions, nothing works, the A/C never worked and is so hot during summer, the dishwasher was never repaired or changed, the stair railings ar... read more
I have live here for many years and it’s a very quiet place. The manager keeps herself. These apartments are affordable quiet and clean. People leaving negative reviews are most likely hating because they were evicted for not following the rules! Go pay higher rent somewhere else lol
I decided to get out of these apartments for several reasons. The manager is a very rude person and harasses the neighbors. On some occasions I saw how she yelled at them and threatened to evict them in an unpleasant way. Besides, I didn't like the way they charged me the first three months of rent and deposit because they asked me to make the payment in cash and when I asked for a receipt they denied it. I lived in these apartments for many years and i had a great time. The neighbors didn't cause much noise or disturbe others. It is a quiet neighborhood and I had a blast living there. On the other hand the manager of the apartments is quite strict as to who is playing outside (children). I made many friends in this neighborhood and if you want somewhere to live this is a great place. :)
