Amazing....lots of help for directions, even golf carts to get you around. Beautiful and well kept rooms and expo area.
Very nice venue and easy to get to. Very clean and comfortable. Ideal for any large function.

After attending and advising Fortune 100 clients on event sites over 42 years, this actually an excellent venue. My only caveat is to avoid a bartender/server named Alan. He is total jerk; angry and disrespectful to guests. When you ask him why he has a bad attitude...it tells you very clearly, "he does not give a damn since no one can fire him". Such a rude Senior Event Service Manager. Michelle Konnath was unpleasant to work with and super rude when you asked her for potential solutions to problems she presented you with in the first place.
Once again there is a massive line for food. Nashville didn't have this problem. Horrible, just horrible.
The facility is fully functional, clean and close to mass transit.
Big event. Lot of people they opened a second line got in faster . Many booths could only get Friday so tried to do a lot in one day. Enjoyed it would do again.
