The food court is a disgrace, worst I’ve ever experienced at a convention center. Otherwise, the place is decent, better than many other convention centers of similar size.

Two years ago Boston comic con was at the Seaport trade center. While I’ll always love seaport, relocating to BCEC was one of the best decisions ever made. Even with the mass of people the AC kept up and kept us cool during a really hot and muggy spell. It smelled fresh (huge deal!!) and was great for managing lines. The one and only complaint I have is lack of carpets. Standing on concrete for hours on end is a tad painful, but that’s minor. Really love this convention center and look forward to my next visit.
My first time at Fan Expo and it was amazing, everyone who worked there was great and friendly, the building is enormous and so pretty. Can’t wait for next year!
Great place!! Many amenities, I only wish that they would have told me that parking was valet only on Saturday
5 Stars ⭐️ (Since I didn’t have the option of clicking on them) It’s an enormous, gargantuan facility! Prepare to walk—even well after you’re on the inside of the event. You’ll easily earn your 10K steps on your “exercise plan” multiple times! Great food court and food options, from Mexican to Italian to Asian or standard Burgers—they have it all. Went to Boston Fan Expo here this past weekend, they could have used more signs. It seemed like we walked on for quite a distance before figuring out where to go. The expo space was great, plenty of seating outside if you needed a break. It was clean and bathrooms were good. My one gripe would be the food, terrible and way over priced. Pretzel and water was $8.50....the pretzel tasted like it was made three weeks prior. Save your money and eat at MJ O'Connors next door or down at the Seaport
