My daughter had paid to attend Comic Con in March and paid for a photo op with Tom Hiddleston. Needless to say, it was canceled due to the virus. Ace Comic Con has, apparently, been ripping off people, my daughter included, sending emails stating that they refunded the money for the photo op. They lied and haven’t. Numerous emails and they’re trying to blame someone else. I read a few reviews and others are asking if they didn’t receive their refunds even though they were told that the refund was sent.
