I left the Pulmonology office extremely disappointed and upset with how my daughter and I were treated. From the moment we checked in, the experience was uncomfortable. The man at the front desk was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. The nurse who took my daughter back for vitals was kind and compassionate — she was the only positive part of the visit.
