Through COVID the nurses, midwives, ultrasound technicians, receptionists, and doctors have provided compassionate care. They’re accommodating, knowledgeable, kind, and harm reduction focused, which means they’re not pushy and explore different approaches with patients. Dr. Zhou in the Neurology dept is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She is easy to get a hold of and listens to her patients!!

I was treated really rudely by some of the nurses at Bmc 4west ,because they didn’t know how to deal with a new complicated ostomy one nurse told me I’m not dealing with this all night I was hurt and chocked
