Buyer beware !!!! Took my daughter to get her dress at this establishment .Her dress was on sale. From 3,000 Ito $1600, but when we went in to get it altered, it had to be shortened, it had to be bustled, taken in on the sides and the straps tightened. They pinned the whole dress ,it took about an hour ,and then they told me it was going to be $1650 for the alterations..More than I paid for the dress!! Are you kidding me I said. This is ridiculous. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jenna and my entire experience at Boston Bridal Atelier! I visited A LOT of bridal boutiques throughout the Greater Boston and Southern NH area, including several high-end shops directly on Newbury Street, and Boston Bridal Atelier was by far the best experience I had. Perfect experience at Boston Bridal Atelier yesterday with Lenore. I said yes to the dress and had such a fun, stress free day! I came in having a brand and style in mind and end up getting a totally different brand and somewhat different style than I had envisioned. I would have never found my dress had it not been for Lenore. She has many years of experience in bridal gowns and was so calm and knowledgeable. The atelier itself is beautiful and peaceful. As my bestie's MOH, I went to her 2nd fitting with her at BBA today. Everyone was polite, courteous and helpful! My friend is very pleased with the process so far.
From my first booking through alterations the team at Boston Bridal Atelier has been wonderful. Jenna is professional, knowledgable, and kind. This can be a a stressful time for "Mothers of" and bridal parties, and Jenna created an atmosphere of calm and celebration of all the lovely nuances of this exciting time. I would highly, highly recommend the Boston Bridal Atelier.
