Excellent Company We had a complete chimney tear down and rebuild, including the firebox. Boston Brick and Stone is TOPS in every way. They are the finest, most responsible company we have ever dealt with for home improvement. The craftsmanship of the workers is first rate. They arrive on time and are present and working every day they are scheduled to be. Much care is taken in clean up work and maintenance of their work site. Everyone from this company that I spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
Chimney Repair They were pretty helpful over the phone in giving me an estimate. I sent them a picture and then they told me what they thought the problem was.
Great Work I had a problem with a contractor who said he could rebuild my chimney. I just needed was my chimney rebuilt, but he did not know what he was doing. He wound up destroing the firebox and the fireplace. I was in a bind I did not know who to trust. My home is a Historical Craftsman Home with a Historical Fireplace. Chimney inspection I had been in the process of buying a new home and was told by our home inspector that it would be advisable to receive a chimney inspection. So, I called Boston Brick & Stone and they were able to send someone out the very next day. The inspector was very courteous and professional he answered all my questions, I was very happy with this service.
Had my chimney cleaned and inspected I called and an appointment was set up almost immediately. Our inspector was very informative and explained in detail the steps he took in inspecting our brick fireplace. He gave us options as he explained the crack he saw and how we could go about repairing it. Would recommend Boston Brick & Stone to anyone needing their fireplace inspected.
