EDIT: I want to be undeniably clear - I cannot overstate how terrible my post surgery experience was here. 2 years since this review and my arm is still as sore as ever. I should add - I only got the surgery because I was told specifically by the doctor that Id be rock climbing again in a few weeks. After the surgery, I asked how many weeks specifically I should take off before climbing again. The nurse laughed (I spoke with the nurse because the doctor was suddenly SUPER hard to get in contact with after the surgery)and sai... read more

My family and I have been seen orthopedic doctors at the Boston sports and shoulder center for more then ten years. The doctors are amazing. They are very professional and they explain everything about your treatment clearly. The facility is clean and the staff is very polite and kind. The doctors treat you like you are family and with such professional friendliness that no matter if you have to wait a little bit you wait but never a long time. The staff was wonderfully friendly and supremely helpful prior to my surgery. I have/had arthritis in my elbow along with some unknown issue. They recommended surgery almost immediately - and it went by without immediate issue. The reason for the one star is that the surgery didnt solve anything and their post-surgery treatment was laughable. When I told them that the pain I had had only become worse after surgery, I was told "maybe just don't move your arm like that anymore." I also had a series of expensive follow-ups that... read more
