Absolutely the best hair salon I’ve ever been to. I’m always treated with kindness and they help my hair look healthier and better than ever before. Expert coloring, expecting moisturizing, expert cuts. I’ve never felt more beautiful than when I walk out of an appt here.

Salon was not cleaned. Came in and had no where to sit until she cleaned a seat for me. There was no soap in the restroom (during COVID). Unprofessional, called me the night (9pm) before asking if I could come in earlier because a customer cancelled. When I went to my appointment the environment was negative and was not relaxing to say the least. I had a scheduled appointment for an am service as a first time client. I get an email at 11:09p a day before my scheduled appointment confirming a rescheduled time. That would've been great if I was the one to reschedule the time. I didn't get a courtesy call or email confirming why my scheduled time was pushed by 2 hours. I just feel that the lack of unprofessionalism leaves something to be desired. And then to post on your social media your location and what your doing is unbelievable! First off, Nicky is the best! I found BBB at a time when my hair was at its most vulnerable state. I had severe heat damage and needed some TLC. She’s knowledgeable, diligent, and will enhance your beauty and confidence. My hair is the best it’s ever been! The salon is clean and relaxing! I can’t say enough great things about this place— I refer everyone to Nicky. Treat yourself, You won’t regret it 😉
