I bought my bridesmaids an acrylic initial necklace from this store and when the wedding was over, one of the girls noticed that hers was broken. So I took it back to the store and she told me I could get another half price because of it being acrylic it may break. I was also told that it would be like buying a china set from walmart and taking it home and breaking it and expecting walmart to take it back. If I wanted walmart quality that's what I would've bought and paid a lot less money for it. Needless to say, I WILL NOT ... read more

Unfortunately acrylic is a fragile, breakable material that will crack or break of dropped or mishandled. We were told it had been dropped on the floor and did offer to sell a replacement half price. Any item with a product defect is replaced but we do not guaranty customer actions once a product leaves the store. We do strive to provide the best customer service possible.
