They suck. I went there 2 times myself with the material and emailed them a couple of times and gave them all the information and dimensions of the gasket that we needed to be manufactured. They sent me a quote about the making the die and I replied yes we need that die to be made. Never heard back from them again. Called them and emailed them couple of times and never heard back. If you want to be in the business you gotta answer your customers.
