I have been a member of the Boston AREIA for 8 months now. The information Bernadette has access to is amazing. She makes great connections for us. I have learned so much from this group and am currently working on trying to close a deal - with the guidance of Bernadette.
I went to the Boston AREIA meeting in August of 2014 as a fairly new real estate investor (4 deals of my own, not including the few sales I've done as a real estate agent back in the days) and loved the format!
