Unfortunately, disappointing... Let me start off by saying I usually give people the benefit of the doubt- this is long, but I hope you'll think twice before calling them. I called them, they called right back and scheduled a time. several hours before they were due at my house i received a call saying the repair man was running a little late. i appreciated know well in advance and really liked that they had the professionalism to give me the head-up. when the repair man arrive, he was awesome!!! assessed the issue, repaired it, explained what it was and was done quickly. he was courteous and helpful. and the cost of the whole thing was a d... read more

Their business is simply that well run We all know what a racket homeowner warranties are. My washer start leaking, but the warranty customer service said this did not warrant an emergency call. Great Service We went through quite a few appliance repair places before, finally, our neighbor recommended Boston Appliance Repair saying that they are really laid back, but they really know what they are doing. I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to repair dryers, so the most important thing is that their work is solid and their prices are decent....even on the inexpensive side.
