VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT PUNCTUAL, EXTREMELY RUDE‼️‼️ VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The funeral home was NOT PREPARED and did not start the prepared slide show until the last hour of the viewing because they could not find the TV control! So they had to slide the casket around so they can attempt to reach the tv. This all transpired during the wake with friends and family in the room. Bostick-Thompkins FH Columbia I will forever be grateful to you all. Nick Shell was incredibly accommodating as well as the ENTIRE STAFF! Everytime I called with a question I received an immediate answer. They were so detailed in every portion of the my father’s service. Their services were affordable and far exceeded my expectations. It was my first time responsible for funeral arrangements and they made it so easy. I had so much more to say but I will save it for all the people I will recommend Bostick Thompkins FH to.
