I came to this tile store after being sent here by a contractor they know and do business with (Brian Harvey/Premier Renovations in Niagara Falls). That connection influenced my decision to proceed with the contractor. I paid the contractor a $1,500 deposit. After that, communication stopped and the work never moved forward. Extremely disappointed with my experience here. First, the tiles took over a month to arrive — far longer than I was told it would. When it finally came in, some of the tiles were damaged, which delayed my project even more. To make matters worse, the amount of tile recommended by the staff wasn’t even close to what was needed to complete the shower wall. Now I’m stuck having to order more, assuming it's even still in stock. Poor service, bad advice, and damaged goods. I won’t be coming back.
Large facility with every type of tile - huge selection - also decor tiles and slab tiles, plank flooring w/ many colors and styles as well as carpeting
Dishonest people who do sloppy work that doesn't last. They managed to make a mess of our flooring and our tiles. Less than 2 years later and things are falling apart. Multiple calls for support have been completely ignored. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
