This company did me a favour. I wasn't buying anything from them. I needed one tile cut. I had only one tile to cut. My last tile. I called this company to ask if they could fo me a favout and cut one tile and they did! That is what I call fantastic customer service. They wanted nothing in return. This tells me everything I needed to know about a company like Bost. They understand customer service. Above and beyond. Thank you again. D. McCoy
After visiting several tile stores and having no luck finding the black tile I was looking for, I stopped here and finally got the help I needed. Iwona went above and beyond to track down exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication to customer service were outstanding. I truly appreciated the extra effort and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service

I am attaching screenshots showing the deposit and the lack of response. Brian tried to pull the classic contactor scam of increasing the price drastically after our agreement. While the tile store did n... read more
