Extremely disappointed with my experience here. First, the tiles took over a month to arrive — far longer than I was told it would. When it finally came in, some of the tiles were damaged, which delayed my project even more. To make matters worse, the amount of tile recommended by the staff wasn’t even close to what was needed to complete the shower wall. I came to this tile store after being sent here by a contractor they know and do business with (Brian Harvey/Premier Renovations in Niagara Falls). That connection influenced my decision to proceed with the contractor. I paid the contractor a $1,500 deposit. After that, communication stopped and the work never moved forward. I am attaching screenshots showing the deposit and the lack of response. Brian tried to pull the classic contactor scam of increasing the price drastically after our agreement.
