After visiting several tile stores and having no luck finding the black tile I was looking for, I stopped here and finally got the help I needed. Iwona went above and beyond to track down exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication to customer service were outstanding. I truly appreciated the extra effort and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service
Extremely disappointed with my experience here. First, the tiles took over a month to arrive — far longer than I was told it would. When it finally came in, some of the tiles were damaged, which delayed my project even more. To make matters worse, the amount of tile recommended by the staff wasn’t even close to what was needed to complete the shower wall. I came to this tile store after being sent here by a contractor they know and do business with (Brian Harvey/Premier Renovations in Niagara Falls). That connection influenced my decision to proceed with the contractor. I paid the contractor a $1,500 deposit. After that, communication stopped and the work never moved forward.
