She was unable to do the simple job of a neck adjustment. And told me I would have to come three times per week and took xrays, she did nothing to stop the pain stemming from my neck-the reason I went there - I had to go to another chiropractor who fixed the problem immediately one stop and half the price. She is also crippled and can not do normal adjustments a chiropractor should be able to do besides not being to adjust a neck; she dropped a piece of paper and had to get the front office girl to pick it up. Excellent. Dr Bost explained everything in words even I could understand. No drama - simply what was wrong and what she could do to help. She did say she would help and she has!!!! I sit behind a computer for up to 12 hours a day and I can truthfully say that I do that today without pain, thanks to Dr Bost. I love the fact that there are no shots, just adjustment!!!! I want to say thank you to you and your staff for making me feel like I matter.

Dr Bost is truly incredible. I all but crawled in to her office and walked out. Dr Bost explained to me with the severity of my situation more than one appointment would be necessary and than arranged her schedule for me for not one appointment the next day but two. She explained my xrays to me and pointed out the problematic area. Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? No, I was completely unprepared Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Would you recommend this chiropractor to others? I Already Have
