Made the appointment the night before for a boys cut and minimal highlights. Arrived said they do not cut boys hair, then a gentleman stepped in and he said I can cut it and do the highlights and she (Linda) said ok we can do it. We paid $140 for this? I had to ask for a line up. It was like - YES THIS IS A SALON NIT A BARBERSHOP BUT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOVE A BARBER.
One of the worst haircut experiences I've ever had. It's very loud. All the people that work there talk to each other only. They don't pay attention to the customers. They swear. I had one person shampoo my hair. One person cut my hair quickly in about 2 minutes. It's all crooked. The hairdresser started to blow dry my hair but then left to help another customer so another person took over but she was the receptionist not a hair dresser. I will have to go elsewhere to have it fixed. I don't recommend!
Very friendly staff and the owner was very interactive! My hair looks really nice and I will be referring Bosslady.
