I've used Bosshardt Title for 4 transactions as buyer and seller. Each transaction has been easy yet rigorous. Kim and team notified me of a few missing documents ahead of the closing dates that allowed me to ensure that the actual days of closing were uneventful. I wouldn't use any other title company in Gainesville.
I will speak from my personal experience with Bosshardt Title Agency compared to other title agencies I've closed with as a real estate agent. Unfortunately, my buyers directly experienced issues with Bosshardt Title throughout their closing (i.e. errors on documents and a lapse in communication delivering wiring instructions). Very unprofessional, not clear on what needs to be done. No one communicates with anyone. Makes things more complicated than need be. Than blames the customers lol.... Not friendly over the phone or email. I would use anyone else.
The staff at Bosshardt were able to complete a closing on a property within a week of when the seller received our offer. Amazing! All documents were signed digitally via email except for one document that had to be notarized at the bank, which was a short walk across the street from Bosshardt. My husband and I were very pleased with the excellent service. Thank you, Britney, and the other Bosshardt staff who saw the transaction through to its speedy completion.
