They don't take care of the properties that are managed by them. Woodhaven condos in ocala needs so much work. Lights are broken. Toilets don't work. There is wood with dry rot that makes areas unsafe for people. The plants in parking area have died and never been replaced. Lights in gabana are loaded with debris which can be a fire hazard. Place needs alot of work and nothing gets done.
