This property has really improved after the new management company took over. They responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner and the staff are very helpful and kind. The staff made my stay very pleasant.
I lived at Eleven35 Apartments and had a great experience. The apartments are conformable, and well kept .What really stood out to me was the amazing staff always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any issues. They truly made living there easy and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend the Eleven35 apartments to anyone looking for a quality place to live with a team that genuinely cares about residents.
This has been one of the best apartments I’ve rented in a long time. The staff and maintenance team are quick, friendly, and always make me feel like a priority. Overall, I’ve had an incredibly positive experience here and would highly recommend it!

I have only had to have a few things fixed at my apartment since I moved in.🙂 From the office ladies being very understanding and helpful by putting in a work order for me, to the maintenance crew that did the repairs, I have been more than pleased. The repairs were done very well, done quickly, and the clean-up was so good if it weren't for the repair you would have never knew they had been there. Thank you 1135 N Crew.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
