I’ve lived in the Brevard area my entire life, and after over a year at Eleven35, I can genuinely say this has been one of the most positive living experiences I’ve had. Bambi in the front office is absolutely incredible. She works so hard and is always available to help. She’s patient, kind, and truly cares about the residents here. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the nice office staff , Mrs Bambi and Mrs Aubrey . Both are very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, made the process go smoothly. feel welcomed , explained everything, answered any questions , responded to emails quickly in a timely manner . I definitely recommend these two Rockstars at Eleven 35 Apartments.
I lived here for 3 years and was kind of sad to go.. had a great experience living here. Maintenance was always quick to respond and fix anything that came up. The staff was polite, understanding, and easy to work with. The neighborhood was safe, friendly, and there was a real sense of community, which made living here even better. I have lived here for over a year now and love everything about this place. The maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. The location is very Convenient. Bambi has been super helpful! The inside of the apartments are newly updated and are very nice! If you’re looking for a nice apartment this is the place to call.
