Not handicap friendly but Roach friendly. Your furniture and appliances will be no good after 1yr of staying here. I was told by management that All of their buildings have roaches and we had signed a pest control package so we should of knew there was roaches. SMMFH
Directly Next to sex offender building non stop bug infestation I had a cockroach crawl out of my purse today at the Dr. they are in the hallways and it only gets worse I can't wait to get out of here. Apt is nice and a good view. I've never had bugs in my life! I don't even want company and I'm worried about going places and I got roaches in my pocket. Gross .
Bed bugs everywhere. Management is aware and refuses to fully treat building. They just go from unit to unit and coat it in chemicals and the bugs rotate around. Whoever they use for pest control is clearly in on it and maintains bugs can not cross into other units. My apartment was entered without notification multiple times. Regular attempts to extort residents out of their security deposit with excessive unknown fees. Building is relatively quiet and good for families.
Loved living at bossenpark apartments, the care taker and Brice the property manager always cleaning, organizing and making sure things run smooth,very professional. I stayed at 5717 building and never had issues. Nice park across the apartments, close to everything.
