Just want to recommend u all derivers don’t go there. Don’t waste urs money & time. Went there just to replace a brake chamber. I asked the guy named Chicago that how much will cost me a brake chamber 5 times. He told me he don’t know , will tell u after the repair is done. After repair is done he told me that it is 280 $. They were amazing!
They stood behind what I had gotten done, had an issue next day they got another shop to come out and fix the problem.
AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!! If it were possible we would give zero stars. They installed a warranty replaced alternator and left a loose pulley and caused the belt to snap and the truck to breakdown in the middle of nowhere. It costed us more than a grand in damages and when we asked them to refund us for the alternator they installed incorrectly they said they can't take responsibility because the mechanic wasn't told to tighten the pulley THAT'S ATTACHED TO THE ALTERNATOR. As always, great service, good prices, and friendly staff. And compared to Loves Truck Care, it's a world apart. I wish there were more locations of this chain across the country.
