Kavita who makes his appointments is absolutely rude and disrespectful. She hangs up on people and does not follow through. She does not care about the patients at this place
Very happy with my experience here! The front desk staff were great and called me that there was a cancellation so I wouldn’t have to wait until October to get it. Upon entering the office both the front desk and nurse were great and friendly. I’m shocked at some of the reviews on Dr. Bossee on here. I don’t think people realize doctors now use a medical recording system so he’s not “mumbling” he’s annotating throughout (as most medical professionals do!). I was welcomed by a very pleasant staff at the desk. Dr. Bosse is very nice and VERY thorough. The only issue I had is that he is very soft-spoken and mumbles. He spoke quickly and at a very high level that was above my head. I barely understood what he said. He had some good ideas for me which were appreciated. He is clearly a VERY skilled Neurologist.
