I have been seeing Shantala off and on for over 10 years. The first time I met with her I was immediately at ease due to her warm and caring manner. No matter what challenge I am facing she helps me find my way through it by providing thoughtful, supportive feedback that encourages reflection and self-awareness. I can honestly say that without her guidance through some extremely emotional and difficult times I would not have had the skills needed to move forward in my life. I’ve ben seeing Shantala for a little over a year now , and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She is patient, insightful, and compassionate. I have felt at home during every visit. She creates a space that feels supportive, and judgement free. She truly listens and helps me see things in a new perspective. I am so so grateful for her and her guidance. I had three other therapists that could not get my son to open up and say what he was feeling. After ONE session he connected with her and he was opening up about stuff that I would’ve never of known how to handle with him. She is the ultimate professional and her kind heart is what my son saw and felt Instantly. If your child needs help, she is the one that can do it.
