I've had such a positive experience with Boss Wellness. Shantala is fantastic and creates a space that feels safe, welcoming, and comfortable. Her dogs add a sweet, personal touch that makes sessions even more comforting. James is wonderful too- both bring care and professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone seeking therapy in Lake Mary area.

Shantala is the best .... I have had NUMEROUS therapists, counselors, doctors etc. throughout my 41 years of life. I finally found Shantala ( along with Tatertot and Ellie🐕🐩) and just knew I was gonna be there to stay. I've been comfortable since our first session, she's helpful, reasonable, smart, and funny!! All around she is the best therapist I've ever had. So thankful!

I have been going to Shantala for about 3 years now. After going through many different therapists that just were not right for me. I finally found Shantala and she has helped me tremendously throughout the years. She is someone you can rely on and confide in and she will always be there for you through the good and bad. Also her dogs Ellie and lucky make going to her even more of a plus!!! I highly recommend Shantala for anyone looking for a new therapist or just starting therapy!

Shantala is amazing! She has helped me so much with my anxiety and personal growth. She is so compassionate and understanding that she makes it so easy to open up about things. I was leary about therapy in the beginning because I didn’t have a good experience prior however her kindness and willing to listen made it so much easier for me to open up.
