I have been going to Shantala for about 3 years now. After going through many different therapists that just were not right for me. I finally found Shantala and she has helped me tremendously throughout the years. She is someone you can rely on and confide in and she will always be there for you through the good and bad. Also her dogs Ellie and lucky make going to her even more of a plus!!! I highly recommend Shantala for anyone looking for a new therapist or just starting therapy!

I have had several counselors in the past with mostly good experiences (only one or two less than stellar ones, but never any terrible ones), but Shantala seems to be the first one to have pinpointed exactly what is going on in my head. She immediately provided me with resources beyond her practice when it seemed that they might help me even more. Shantala is amazing! She has helped me so much with my anxiety and personal growth. She is so compassionate and understanding that she makes it so easy to open up about things. I was leary about therapy in the beginning because I didn’t have a good experience prior however her kindness and willing to listen made it so much easier for me to open up. Shantala is a personal friend since college. She worked tirelessly in college/graduate school to graduate with high honors. She is extremely dedicated , hardworking and committed. She pours her heart and soul into her work and truly cares about her patients.
