I’ve ben seeing Shantala for a little over a year now , and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She is patient, insightful, and compassionate. I have felt at home during every visit. Finding the right therapist can be so so scary but Shantala?? She is so amazing !! I have been with her for almost two years now. Maybe longer? She listens and makes me feel comfortable. She works with my schedule if I have to reschedule. She is just a text or phone call away if I need something before our next appointment. She is genuinely one of the best therapists I have ever seen and refuse to change. Her dogs get to sit with me at office visits which is a huge plus.
