Whitley was my stylist. She was very pleasant and inviting. The shop was very chill and peaceful. I will be back and would recommend boss up braiding to anyone looking for a stylist.

I had my soflocs installed. Also requested a black hair rinse. Three days later the last two rows in the back came out. Also when looking over my hair my roots were grey. I paid over $400 dollars for this!!!!! I've been going to them for a little over a year. Never experienced anything like this. Whitney is usually very good! Not sure what happened this time. We wanted to love this place. Very kind and talented stylists. But no matter what style we pick for my child it takes a full 8hrs. They take other clients and have the child sitting on the side for multiple hours waiting then seem annoyed by the child’s frustration. Seems misleading to have appointment times when you’ll take multiple clients before finishing the one who should be done first. I wouldn’t recommend for kids unless they’re really ok with sitting there all day alone with stylists.
